The Beats RemoteTalk Cable is an accessory developed by Beats Electronics and marketed through Apple Inc. It superseded the Beats ControlTalk feature and allows the user to take calls while listening to Beats headphones as well as controlling their Apple device, such as iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch.

Description[]

Variants[]

The cable was originally available in red with black control and jack enclosures; this version was at one point included with Beats Pro headphones in 2016.[1] A gray version was included with the Beats Solo³ Wireless Mickey's 90th Anniversary Edition headphones in 2018.[2] In the current standalone version, the RemoteTalk controls have been repositioned closer to the 3.5 mm headphone jack and the 90° angled jack to the audio source appears to have been made sturdier. A black version based on the original design is included with Beats Studio³ Wireless headphones.

Supported models[]
